4-point and wind mitigation reports are useful in shopping for best available rates and appropriate insurance coverages. Reports should be updated every couple of years and after improving key systems: HVAC, Roof, Etc.
2. Shop Coverage
Several carriers just re-entered the Florida insurance market which means there are opportunities for significant savings. I always recommend shopping annually, but now more than ever!
3. Keep Records
